Privacy notice

Tradesmengolf collects voluntary launch-list signup details, including name, email, optional phone, optional ZIP code, optional handicap, follow-up preference, interests, and opt-in choices.

Signup details are stored in the Tradesmengolf Supabase customer database for launch planning, product interest tracking, event interest, and approved follow-up. Access to signup records is limited by Supabase row-level security policies to approved active team members. The public website can submit new signup records, but it cannot read, update, or delete them.

For basic signup abuse prevention, the database stores a keyed one-way hash of the request network address with attempt times. Only the preceding 24 hours count toward a limit, and expired entries are removed during subsequent signup processing. The raw network address is not stored in the signup rate-limit table.

The Tradesmen Swing Lab by ParixTech page is currently a front-end test. No charge is collected and swing videos stay in the browser during the test. Live video storage will not start until the operating workflow is approved.

No checkout, payment, paid preorder, customer account, advertising profile, or analytics tracking is active on this site.

A fuller launch privacy notice will be published before payments, customer accounts, analytics, advertising, shipping, fulfillment, or live video storage are activated.
